Account and data deletion requests
If you wish to delete your YouOwe account and remove the personal data associated with it, you can start the process by sending us an email using the button below. Your message will open in your preferred email app with the correct subject line already filled in.
The request email must be sent from the same email address you used to register with the You Owe App. We use this to verify your identity before we delete your account and data. Requests from other addresses cannot be processed.
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel that subscription in your Apple or Google account settings—we cannot cancel store billing for you. When we delete your account and data after a valid request, we remove your personal data from our systems, but that process does not automatically end your store subscription or stop recurring charges. Cancel directly with Apple or Google if you want to stop payments.
After we receive a valid request from your registered email, we will action the deletion within five working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). When the process is complete, we will send you a confirmation by email.
